eCommerce Executive

We are looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our team

About the role

The eCommerce Executive is responsible for ensuring all on-site content and emails are managed in accordance with the trade plan, as well as supporting the Project Manager on implementing any new site functionality. This role sits within our Trade team and reports into the eCommerce Trade Manager. There will be opportunities to grow and develop your skills further in this role.

 

The main responsibilities for our eCommerce Executive role include but are not limited to:

 

  • Working with the eCommerce Manager to understand and implement the trade plan for each brand they work on
  • ensuring all assets and translations needed for the trade plan are available at the given time, and are in the correct format for optimal performance
  • Working with the eCommerce Manager to understand what is needed from a new product launch perspective, and then working with the eCommerce Planning Manager, or alone, to ensure all product is available on the site with the correct information
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business and outside of the business
  • Ad hoc reporting using Google Analytics
  • Regular checks to ensure all content on-site is correct, including email flows
  • Assisting with implementing any new technology or developments

Ideally, you will have previous experience as an eCommerce Executive or similar role, have strong Excel skills and be familiar with Shopify. Someone who has strong communication skills is vital for this role, as is sharing our passion for the brands that we work with.
