That IP and know-how has not gone anywhere. It is simply no longer publicly available. The next part of the mission is bigger: productising the wider playbook into a suite of apps.
First up is our data ingestion tool, built on the European Outdoor Group’s Sustainability Data Exchange (SDEX) standard. That foundation becomes a compounding data moat, and every product we build after it runs on the same layer.
A merchandising app follows in 2027. It only works because the dataset underneath it is clean, and the dataset is only clean because of the ingestion tool. That is the whole point of building in this order.
And no, we have not abandoned the storefront. Expect a Shopify theme again one day, most likely as a no-code, AI-powered build rather than a file you install.
