Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a top priority for us.

That’s why we are committed to providing diversity training to all our employees; as well as setting up yearly goals to create a more diverse workforce.

  • We want to encourage and celebrate women in tech roles, by ensuring an equal representation of women in our business. As of November 2023, we have 35.7% of our workforce identifying as female and we commit to increasing this to 50% by the end of 2025.
  • We commit to providing diversity training to all of our employees before our next diversity survey in September 2024.
  • We will add the introduction of Male and Female Health Advisers in 2024 to continue to proactively support our colleagues’ physical and mental wellbeing by shaping a more inclusive internal culture.
